We are now implementing new office procedures with our clients until COVID-19 is under control. In an attempt to combat the growing virus threat, our office reception area will be off limits to public traffic. If you need to make a payment in person, we will accept those “under the door”. Other more complicated insurance business can be done over the phone or by email. We can quote, issue new coverage, file claims, and make changes to your existing insurance, all by phone or email, with secure electronic documents. We will always be as close as your phone, smartphone, or email for any type of risk management consultation as well.
To reach me or a member of my staff, call us during our regular business hours as you normally would. After hours, you can view your policy documents, pay your premium, request auto I.D. cards, and sign up for an automated payment plan by accessing your particular insurance company’s website, with instructions typically included on your policy. You can always ask us how in case you need to in the future as well. Several of our largest companies have specific apps just for you to download and use for these purposes.
